VringraCoin Terms & Conditions

PRELIMINARY

• “VringraCoins” is a feature introduced on Vringra.com website, Vringra mobile app, and Vringra mobile website (all three collectively “Platform”), by the owner and operator of the Platform, Saisir Global Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Vringra”).
• The following terms (“Terms”) are part of and subject to the terms of use, privacy policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

EARNING VringraCoins

• In order to earn VringraCoins on Vringra.com, You are required to place an order on the Platform, for a minimum of Rs.100 and above (the net order value will be taken into consideration which is total order value minus cancelled/returned item value ).
• All VringraCoins earnings will be at the order level and not at the item level
• VringraCoin value : 1 Vringra Coin = Rs. 20 and For every Eligible order value Rs. 100 to Rs. 500, in the Platform that You are eligible to earn 1 VringraCoins, order value between Rs. 501 to Rs. 1000, will get 3 Vringra Coin & Purchase above Rs. 1000, Will get 6 Vringra Coin. For example, for an order value of Rs 100 you earn 1  VringraCoins and for an order value or Rs. 700 you earn 3 VringraCoins. Please note that the VringraCoins earned will be on the actual order value excluding any instant discounts or cashbacks credited via payment partners.
• VringraCoins earned by you shall be linked to your phone number registered with Vringra.

CREDITING OF VringraCoins

• VringraCoins will be credited only after the expiry of the return period of all items/products in the Eligible Order. If there are multiple items/products in an Eligible Order, the highest return window will be considered.
• If an Eligible Order gets cancelled / returned, the related VringraCoins will get reversed.
• In case of partial cancellation, if the net order value drops below Rs 100, then no VringraCoins will be awarded. In case the order consists of non-returnable items only, VringraCoins will be available to use at the end of the day of delivery.
• In case of replacement request of any of the products in the Eligible Order, VringraCoins will be credited only after the expiry of the return period of the replaced items/products in the Eligible Order.

EXPIRY OF VringraCoins

• VringraCoins will expire after 1 year at the end of the month in which they were credited to a user’s account. Expiry of VringraCoins only starts once these are credited into a user’s accounts.
• For example,
  • Example with earned & credited: VringraCoins were earned on 30-June-2022 & credited into a user’s account on 12 July 2022. These VringraCoins will expire on 31-July-2023
  • VringraCoins credited on 14-June-2022 will expire on 30-June-2023

MERGING OF VringraCoins

• VringraCoins from another account can be combined in case you have multiple accounts in your name, subject to verification to the satisfaction of Vringra that the accounts are held by the same individual.
• VringraCoins from any other account cannot be combined which does not mention your name and is not verified to the satisfaction of Vringra. VringraCoins cannot be gifted or transferred.

Usage of VringraCoins

• VringraCoins cannot be converted to cash or used in lieu of cash.
• VringraCoins are not transferable. Any wrongful transfer of VringraCoins shall be void ab initio.
• VringraCoins cannot be used for purchases on the Platform in lieu of cash.
• All VringraCoins accumulated on blacklisted accounts, as per applicable policies of Vringra, shall be cancelled with immediate effect.
• VringraCoins does not have any monetary value and customer will not be eligible for any monetary compensation in lieu of settlement against VringraCoins or in case of loss of VringraCoins.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• These Terms are subject to change, at the sole discretion of Vringra, from time to time.
• Vringra reserves the right to disqualify You from earning any VringraCoin if any fraudulent/abuse/ reseller/affiliates activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of earning VringraCoins or if You have violated any Terms or applicable laws. Disqualification may result in immediate cancellation of all VringraCoins in ‘earned’ or ‘pending to be earned’.
• These Terms are subject to the prevailing laws of India.
• You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Vringra shall not be responsible in any manner.
• Vringra disclaims all liability that may arise due to any violation of the applicable laws by You.
• Vringra reserves the right to suspend the issue of VringraCoins to you personally, or to all users temporarily or permanently at any time without notice.
• In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning VringraCoins or any alleged defect or deficiency of service availed, the same shall be resolved through arbitration as per the arbitration and the conciliation act 1996 and seat will be at Mohali,Punjab.
• Vringra reserves the right at any time to modify, withdraw or terminate ‘VringraCoins’ as a feature on the Platform at its discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
• You are not bound in any way to actively accumulate or use VringraCoins. Any action towards using VringraCoins is voluntary.
• You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Vringra harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Vringra as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
• This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
