How does the delivery process work?

Once our system has processed the order that you have placed with us, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure that they are in a perfect condition. After the products have been subjected to thorough inspection and on passing the final round of quality check, we pack and handover your products to our trusted logistic partner.

Is it possible to track my order?

As soon as you place your order, a confirmation mail will be sent to your inbox. Once the order is processed from our   end and dispatched from our warehouse, we shall email you the details carrying your tracking number.

​What are the shipping charges?

We do not charge any additional cost for shipping

​How long will it take for my order to reach me?

As we maintain inventory of all products we sell on our website, you can rest assured that product will be dispatched   within 24 hours of placing your order. We aspire to get your product delivered at your doorstep within 4-6 days but at   times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

 If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Vringra.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery   payment   mode. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without   requiring   you to make any advance payment online.
